Tammermatic -Automatic Car Wash Equipments

The automatic washing Ultralux TAKT developed Tammermatic is a combination of two successful installations type gantry UltraLux working in tandem to increase capacity with aprox.80-90% using a relatively small space and providing maximum quality at minimum price ( compared with the price of a tunnel equipped with conveyor).
This tandem called TAKT can be configured for absolutely any type of program required by the final customer - the classic wash brush, wash with brushes and jets of high pressure type brushless wash (without brushes) with jets of high pressure and has even polish. Besides these programs to ensure success in front of the customer, this tandem (TAKT) enjoys all the qualities and features naturally offered by the Finnish equipment manufacturer (washing with HP oscillating jets, chassis washer integrated, Carlite brushes, dedicated software easy to use and full control of the desktop software and system operation).

Like the principle of operation, the system TAKT consists of two installations portal located on the same route running (20m) separated by a wall with a door fitted with quick action. Once entered car will be covered by the first gantry emollient, foam on, will be washed with jets of high pressure will be washed both rims, thresholds and chassis.
All this gantry will perform functions and wash with brushes and polish-area brush with the endowment. Once finished buffing, car will go through the door quickly (ordered by the PLC's plant) to the second gantry that will perform the functions of application of the additive drying, the wax will be applied and will make the car dry. In the meantime, the first gantry already another car wash. At the end of operations performed by the second gantry, the vehicle will leave the area inside the car wash station inside cleaner area or directly outside the car ready after the first gantry to take the place out.
